We do too!Competitive Base Salary plus Overt Time Pay for any time over 40 hrs!Competitive Bonus Package!Extremely Competitive Benefits Package!Flexible Work Schedules!Accelerated Career Growth!Generous PTO!401k Plan!Educational Assistance!Position Purpose Duties to include site due diligence, project research, design, assisting staff with project-related duties and submittals, general departmental training and assistanceDesign and produce plan setsFunction as a liaison between design staff and Project ManagersWork in accordance with established company standards to efficiently produce complete and accurate construction plansWrite and assemble well organized design reports for presentation of design conceptsQualificationsFour-year college degree from an accredited program in Civil Engineering3+ years of experience in civil site design, project management and team coordinationAn interest in National Brands and helping the group grow Proficiency in design of water and sewer mains, mass grading, roadway horizontal and vertical design, erosion control, and storm drainage for high profile residential and commercial projectsDemonstrated knowledge of civil site design, governmental regulations, plan preparation, surveying principles and construction techniquesExperience with AutoCAD CIVIL 3D
