We are looking for a strategic and service-driven Client Relations Manager to oversee critical office services, ensuring seamless operations and an exceptional client experience. This role is responsible for managing mail services, duplicating, facilities management, reception, records/information governance, and conference room support while fostering strong client relationships and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a passion for efficiency, customer service, and team development.Key **Client Relations & Service * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for service enhancements.Operational * Manage day-to-day operations across mail, duplicating, facilities, reception, records, and conference room support to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery.Team * Lead, mentor, and develop a team, ensuring they are equipped to provide top-tier client support.
