Maintain a strong sense of urgency through effective organization, follow-up, and execution. Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive business growth.Oversee product line reviews, manage existing product offerings, and actively pursue new business opportunities.Partner closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Sourcing, Customer Service, Accounting, and Logistics to drive success.Continuously assess sales performance to ensure alignment with established goals and targets.Organize and participate in regular store visits to support team development and ensure sales strategies are effectively implemented.Analyze sales performance data and create detailed margin analyses for both new and existing business opportunities.Salary ** $120K per year **3-5+ years of experience managing National Accounts with a proven record of driving business growth, or substantial experience in a regional sales role with in-depth sales training.College degree or equivalent professional experience.Strong analytical and forecasting skills.Solid financial acumen and understanding of budget management.General knowledge of fashion and design, with the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic, systematic approach to decision-making.Creative, innovative thinkers with the foresight to act strategically.Willingness to travel globally, with required monthly travel to customers and factories.** Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance Paid time off 401(k)
