Founded in 2023, Reportwell is designed to streamline the often complex and time-consuming tasks associated with compliance, ensuring that educational institutions consistently meet their regulatory obligations.Position Overview:The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company. This includes managing and scaling the application, setting up the infrastructure on AWS, and leading the development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in low code development, AWS full-stack development, and is ready to contribute strategically to the products growth.Key Responsibilities:Full-Stack Development: Collaborate with the back-end team to integrate APIs and services effectively using Django and Python.AI and Automation Integration: Lead the integration of AI tools and automation into our product as part of our long-term strategy.Technical Leadership: Architect, develop, and deploy our application on AWS, transitioning from Bubble to a fully coded solution.Team Management: Manage and mentor a small but growing team of developers, ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met.Infrastructure Setup: Design, implement, and maintain the company's technical infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to define the technical roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the development team, including code reviews, task prioritization, and sprint planning.Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and delivery.Qualifications:Experience: 7-8 years in full-stack development with a primary focus on frontend technologies.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Django, Python, and AI Integration are required.Startup Experience: Proven track record of building projects from scratch in a startup or fast-paced environment.AWS Certificate: Certificate with AWS services is ideal.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Compensation & Benefits:Base Salary: $130,000-$150,000 per yearBonuses: Up to 10% annual salary based on performanceHealth Insurance: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage401(k) Match: Dollar-for-dollar match up to 6% of salary with a 3-year vesting schedulePTO: 25 days of paid time off per year, plus national holidaysProfessional Development: $2,500 annual budget for courses, certifications, and conferencesWork-Life Balance: Flexible working hours with hybrid optionsAdditional Perks: Company-sponsored retreats, wellness programs, and paid family leaveHow to Apply:Please send your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience and why youre interested in joining our team.
