Top Ranked National General Contractor actively seeking a Lead Superintendent to lead their Industrial Cold Storage and Food & Beverage Processing projects through completion. The Lead Superintendent will have the opportunity to work on site for projects throughout the United States.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Lead Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction, Additions, and or Renovations of Cold Storage and Freezers for Warehouses and Distribution Centers and Food & Beverage Processing Facilities ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, field staff throughout projects. Additional experience and skills within Cold Storage Warehouses/ Distribution Centers and Food & Beverage Processing Facilities will be considered: Food Processing Equipment Installation, ASRS Facility, Business Development Skills, and a demonstrated track record of building client relationships. We will also consider adjacent experience within the following types of construction: Tilt Wall/Light Industrial, Dry Storage, Data Center/Mission Critical, Life Science/Pharmaceutical (Clean Room, Biotech, Labs), Healthcare, Big Box Retail, other complex Industrial/Manufacturing project experience.Select Responsibilities:Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projectsDevelop and manage project schedules.Manage subcontractor performance relationships.Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program.Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award winning Company safety program.CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 5-7 years of Lead Superintendent experienceExceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completionMust be willing to travel on site to locations across the United States.WHATS ON OFFERCompetitive base salary plus compensation package to include medical/dental/vision options, 401k, bonus (project/annual), PTO, vehicle allowance with mileage or vehicle with gas card, per diem (lodging/food), and growth potentialOpportunity to join a reputable firm with strong pipeline of projectsType: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRelocation assistanceVision insuranceWork Location: On the road
