As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of the pop-up through collaborating with the team in achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives for the store while providing exceptional customer service.As a sales professional, you will represent and promote the brand image, be an authority on the product, as well as serve as an ambassador of the brand and embody its ethos!Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience for every customer.Ensure customer loyalty by collecting customer information and entering it into the database to build a valuable clientele base.Follow-up with clients through dedicated and personalized CRM.Achieve individual sales goals and objectives set by the Retail Store ManagerCollaborate with peers to achieve business objectives.Support promotional campaigns to drive sales.Communicate brand values, stories, and lifestyle to clients.Qualifications:Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related field preferred, but not required.Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury retail store or high-end fashion environment.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail POS software.Demonstrated ability to sell and achieve targets in a competitive retail market.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.This job description is not intended to be all inclusive.
