Our vision is to be the premier bridal shop not only in Louisville but throughout the entire state of Kentucky.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and driven Store Manager to lead Adorn Louisville. This is a leadership role that requires a motivated self-starter who can manage all aspects of the business, from sales leadership and team development to community networking and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is an experienced manager with exceptional sales skills and a strong business acumen. Position would include occasional travel, including some training time in Nashville.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all day-to-day store operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.Lead, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals.Build and nurture relationships within the Louisville bridal and event communities to drive business growth.Act as the face of Adorn Louisville, representing the brand with professionalism, warmth, and expertise.Set and execute strategic plans to grow sales and brand recognition within the market.Ability to handle complex customer situations with grace and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.Maintain a strong attention to detail, ensuring that no element of the customer experience or store operation falls through the cracks.Uphold Adorn's high standards for visual merchandising and store presentation.Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience in a leadership role within retail, fashion, luxury sales, or a related industry.Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a business independently.Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.Experience in recruiting, training, and leading a high-performance sales team.Exceptional networking skills and the ability to build relationships within the Louisville market.Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.A passion for fashion, bridal, and providing an extraordinary customer experience.Ability to set clear agendas, execute efficiently, and maintain attention to detail.A deep belief in Adorn Louisville's vision of becoming the top bridal destination in Kentucky.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary with commission opportunities based on store performance.Full healthcare benefits.401(k) retirement plan.If you are an ambitious leader who is excited about transforming the bridal shopping experience and making Adorn Louisville a household name, we want to hear from you!
