To learn more, please visit: This is a hybrid position with in-office flexibility 2-3 days a week. Summary: This is a full-time position for the summer months, working with a leadership team and an account team to service client accounts and begin to build relationships with the clients, vendors and other internal and external resources. The position requires day to day account management for a specific set of clients and entails a great deal of verbal, electronic and other written communications. Intern will be responsible to complete a project at the direction of their supervisor and present their findings at the end of the program.This is a hybrid position with in-office flexibility a few days a week. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist Directors and account team in day-to-day client servicing.Learns to compile data to use in proposals and coverage checklists.Attend proposal presentation meetings with Directors and/or account teamAssist team with client marketing, renewals, changes to policies, or cancellations.Develop relationships with team members and vendor partnersOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBe able to initiate and follow through with independent projectsExcellent communication (verbal and writing) and interpersonal skillsCultivating relationship abilityStrong problem-solving abilityCustomer service orientedProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentWilling to work up to 40 hours per weekEducation and/or Experience: Rising senior of a four-year university preferredDemonstrated leadership experience in college, community, internship, or co-op experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and WordInterest in Insurance IndustryCertificates, Licenses, Registration: None Physical Demand: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The base hourly range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00. The base pay rate offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base pay, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. NFP and You...
