We are partnering with a leading eCommerce brand dedicated to delivering exceptional digital experiences and driving customer engagement through innovative marketing strategies. We are looking for a data-driven and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our clients team and help optimize their email campaigns for maximum performance and revenue growth. This is a contract-to-hire role and would require a hybrid capacity in Chicago. Email Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:Develop and execute email marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retentionBuild and optimize automated workflows, segmentation strategies, and personalized email sequencesMonitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance, leveraging key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROICollaborate with designers and copywriters to create compelling email content that aligns with brand guidelinesConduct A/B testing to refine subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times for improved performanceEmail Marketing Specialist Requirements:3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably within an eCommerce environmentExperience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar toolsExperience in eCommerce email marketing, including abandoned cart flows, upsells, and re-engagement campaignsProficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and integrating email strategies with broader marketing initiativesExperience working with SMS marketing in conjunction with email campaigns Please apply today!
