$90-110K + Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k match)Hybrid - New YorkLeading Digital Performance Agency seeks entrepreneurial and driven Programmatic Supervisor/ Programmatic Account Manager with DSP or Trade Desk planning and buying experience, along with some team supervisor/ oversight experience with ability to perform quality assessment (QA) of junior team members buying and execution across Display, OOH, Video, OTT/ CTV, Native and PMP (Private Marketplace Pricing). The successful candidate will help lead digital media buying strategy and oversee junior programmatic team members working across account management, programmatic buying, execution and performance optimization. We are looking for someone with a passion for programmatic advertising and optimization of customer advertising spend, with ability to implement and measure cross-channel programmatic campaign plans, oversee analytics and campaign performance data reporting and support the growth of programmatic and marketplace inventory offerings to customers.Responsibilities include: Provide oversight of all client programmatic strategy and execution.Interface with all media teams to respond to client needs and deliver solutions.Effectively communicate value proposition, technology, processes to team and accounts.Maintain accountability for the overall health and growth of programmatic clients, ensuring team operations, deliverables and financials are delivered to client KPIs.Onboard new publishers and their respective inventory portfolios, while growing existing publisher relationships for our private marketplace offeringsMonitor and help QA deals from curation to activation, ensuring both advertiser and publisher needs are being achieved.Work with the Data & Analytics team to ensure deals are being tracked for revenue reporting purposes.Help lead new business proposals and client pitches. Take responsibility for client needs.Encourage a culture based on teamwork, collaboration and intellectual curiosity.Assist in the growth of junior team members through regular 1:1 meetings.Lead regular training sessions to present and learn new strategies or platform features.Requirements:Bachelors degree preferred.3-5+ years of programmatic planning and buying experience including strategic planning, client management, data analysis, execution, and some supervisory or team leadership.Experienced in The Trade Desk DSP. (DV360, Xandr, Amazon, Verizon is a plus). Strong understanding of media planning and buying.Proficiency working in any of the following tools preferred: Moat, IAS, Double Verify, DCM.Proficient knowledge of both the buy and sell side of the programmatic ecosystem, inclusive of DSPs, SSPs, and Publisher Side Ad Servers.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables), Word and PowerPoint required.Process oriented, with the ability to prioritize time and manage multiple tasks.Time & project management skills are criticalMay require 5-10% of travelFor immediate consideration please submit resume in Word or PDF format** AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER **
