In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to various clients, including contractors, distributors, and builders. You will leverage your expertise in account management and technical sales to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive sales growth.DutiesPromote and sell Worthouse produts while consistently meeting sales targets, exceeding performance goals, and maintaining high-quality KPI's.Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, ensuring clients understand how our products meet their needs.Utilize CRM and other software tools for effective account management, tracking sales activities, and managing customer interactions.Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.Collaborate with Regional Manager and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that enhance product visibility in the market.Provide feedback from customers to the product development team to help improve product offerings based on market demand.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products.SkillsStrong ability to plan, prioritize, and organize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve business objectivesProven experience in account management and direct sales, preferably within the roofing and construction sectors.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.Proficiency CRM software for managing client relationships and sales processes.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical information clearly.Experience in conducting product presentations that engage potential clients and highlight product advantages.A background in B2B sales or technical sales is highly desirable.Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player who contributes positively to the company culture.Join us as a Regional Sales Representative where your skills will contribute significantly to our growth while providing you with opportunities for professional development in a supportive environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $250,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company carMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time offPaid trainingTravel reimbursementCompensation Package:Base annual salaryBonus opportunitiesUnlimited earning potential with uncapped commissionSchedule:Monday to FridayQualificationsHigh School Diploma (Required)College Degree (Preferred)Must successfullyy pass a backgrond check prior to employmentApplication Question(s):Do you have experience with specialty roofing sales?Experience:Microsoft Office experience (Required)Sales: 2 years (Required)Roofing Industry: 2 years (Preferred)Language:English (Required)Spanish (Preferred)License/Certification:Drivers License (Required)Work Location: On the road
