Job Title: Law Office ManagerAbout the JobOur small yet dynamic law firm is seeking anexperienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our practice. We are looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and has a proven track record of effective office management.The ideal candidate will behighly professional, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating closely with attorneys and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency in administrative functions and workflow.Manage financial aspects of the office, including budgets, invoicing, billing and vendor relationships.Supervise office staff, handling hiring, onboarding and performance evaluations.Create and maintain staff schedules and ensure adequate office coverage.Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, including confidentiality policies.Oversee case management systems, filing, document organization, and records retention policies.Facilitate client relations, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.Coordinate office technology and software, including case management systems and billing software.Implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and client service.Support attorneys by managing deadlines, organizing materials, and ensuring smooth operations.Handle office logistics, including ordering supplies, managing vendor contracts, and coordinating maintenance.Provide direct support to the Managing Partner, including administrative tasks, scheduling, travel, and personal matters.Qualifications & Requirements4+ years of experience in office management, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.Knowledge of legal office procedures, case management software, and compliance regulations preferred.Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and implement improvements.Strongleadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.Experience managingbilling, budgeting, and financial oversight in a professional setting.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster apositive and collaborative work environment.High level ofprofessionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Opportunities forprofessional growth and continued education.A collaborative and supportive team environment.If you are anexperienced office manager looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing law firm, we'd love to hear from you!
