That individual that realizes the importance of our referral partners and provides the highest level of client and partner care so that while they are looking good, they make the firm look excellent.If YOU are that individual, we would love to have you join our team.We seek a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Paralegal to head the real estate department.The ideal candidate must be fully bilingual, and possess a strong background and understanding of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating due diligence, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.Essential Functions:Act as liason between firm, client, realtor and bank.Review contracts as they come in, reach out to opposing counsel or title companyPrepare seller documents and title requirementsCoordinate due diligence for various residential and commercial real estate transactionsReview and summarize title commitments and surveys.Work closely with title companies to clear title and obtain title policies.Utilize closing platforms like Doubletime and ClosingVUEPrepare and file a variety of documents, including deeds, mortgages, memoranda of leases, UCC financing statements, etc.Order and review lien searches for open permits or other issues.Prepare and distribute closing binders.Prepare closing checklists and coordinate the closing process for various commercial real estate transactions.Understand real estate law, title reviews, foreclosures, REOs, financing, and lending documents.Manage real estate transactions from the initial contract through closing.Collaborate with attorneys in preparation for transactions, coordinating efforts between outside counsel, lenders, borrowers, sellers, and other business contacts.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of residential/commercial real estate experience.Bilingual (English/Spanish) both written and spokenQualified Candidates Should Possess:Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while delivering consistent, quality work product to both attorneys and clients.Strong attention to detail and highly organized.Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.Benefits:Fully onsite position.Health benefits.401(k)Bonuses throughout the yearCommissionsAdditional benefits and salary commensurate with experience.If you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for real estate law, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team in Coral Gables.Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year plus bonuses To Apply, please send your RESUME and Cover letter to J.Salcines@ and in the subject matter put "LINKED IN REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL"
