Quest Group is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Land Broker Associate / Jr. Land Broker to join our clients growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the acquisition of commercial and residential land while building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for real estate, and a strong understanding of land development and zoning regulations.Key **Market * Conduct thorough market research to identify land opportunities and assess property values.Client * Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice on land transactions and market trends.Property * Prepare and manage listings for land sales, including marketing materials and property showings.* Assist in negotiating sales agreements and lease contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients.Site * Conduct site visits and property assessments to evaluate land potential and suitability for clients' needs.* Build and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry, including developers, investors, and local government officials.Regulatory * Stay informed about local zoning laws, environmental regulations, and land use policies to provide accurate guidance to clients.* Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to land transactions.Team ** Work closely with senior brokers and other team members to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiencies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.Previous experience in land brokerage or real estate sales is a plus.Strong understanding of real estate principles, land valuation, and market trends.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and real estate management software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
