Senior Program ManagerLocation:  Dallas, TX Experience:  8-10 YearsDescriptionAs Sr. Program Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the client experience for your account(s). Your primary responsibility will be to address customers needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships. In addition, you will work closely and cross functionality with internal teams to ensure consistent alignment on account specific requirements and needs.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with each accountClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededHave an understanding of the product and the general enhancements being made across the enterpriseDocument changes and update processes for future referenceDetermine and implement technical project management best practices to ensure efficient and effective delivery.Identify ways to streamline processes, simplify and accelerate execution, manage objectives and key results, release on time, and bring tooling efficiencies.Own and continuously improve the efficiency and consistency of technical delivery.Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and other business partners to develop and implement strategic technical program plans, aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration.Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.RequirementsDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelSolid experience with project management tools (such as trello, smartsheet or ) and product management tools (such as JIRA or confluence)Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsFamiliarity with the product delivery process including agile methodologiesProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quicklyExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsBA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Information Technology or relevant fieldExcellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.8-10 years of experience working in similar roles within the technology industry, preferably with cloud-based environments.Relevant certifications, such as PMPSelf-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.Youll Succeed With -Excellent time management and communication skills.Flexible and agile with a can-do attitude.Ability to work under pressure.Proven work experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager or similar role.Experience in the project life cycle, from conception to delivery.An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time management.Strong teamwork skills.Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.Strong proficiency with G Suite, familiarity with business productivity applications (Zoom, Slack, CRM), and a high level of comfort in getting up to speed with new technology.
