Personal Injury Paralegal** Upto $95,000About UsOur Client is a dedicated and people-focused law firm specializing in personal injury cases. They are committed to providing exceptional legal services and advocating for our clients. We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team and support the head attorney in efficiently managing cases from intake to resolution.Job SummaryThe Personal Injury Paralegal will be responsible for case management, drafting legal documents, coordinating discovery, scheduling depositions and court dates, and ensuring timely case progression. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills to interact with clients, attorneys, and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain organized case files and track important trial dates and deadlines.Prepare, file, and serve legal documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests.Coordinate and schedule depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.Conduct case research and gather supporting documentation, such as medical records, police reports, and expert testimony.Assist in trial preparation, including creating trial binders, pre-trial motions, and exhibits.Communicate with clients to provide case updates and gather necessary information.Draft and send demand letters, settlement agreements, and correspondence with opposing counsel and insurance companies.Liaise with expert witnesses and medical providers to obtain necessary reports and testimony.Manage liens and negotiate with medical providers for reductions.Utilize legal software such as MyCase, File Vine, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Office to maintain and organize case files.Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field and a Certificate of Achievement in Paralegal Studies preferred.*** 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience in a law firm setting.Strong knowledge of California civil procedures, court filing requirements, and case management.Ability to draft, edit, and review legal documents with precision.Proficient in legal research tools, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and legal professionals.Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.Why Join?Competitive salary and benefits package.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Work with a team of dedicated legal professionals passionate about advocating for clients.If you are a motivated and detail-oriented paralegal with a passion for personal injury law, we encourage you to apply!
