The Program Manager will be part of the Marketing Operations team and will work at our client site in Los Angeles, California.SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...Facilitate the end-to-end lifecycle of interrelated projects within a program, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope: define project objective, scope, and resource requirements; establish timelines and milestones with gantt charts; manage dependencies and minimize risks; identify and assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects; oversee project budgets and resource allocation; and develop methods to monitor project or area progressBuild, drive, & enforce project management governance, processes, project plans, schedules, oversee budgets, and templates for cross-functional, transformational projects supporting various organizations that include but are not limited to: IT, Sales, Channel, Marketing, Product Management, and moreManage and lead up to 2 or more projects within a program at the same timeTake meeting minutes and communicate project updates to project team members, stakeholders, steering committee members, an C-level executivesResearch, analyze, and recommend solutions and best practices while being comfortable challenging status quoWork with business stakeholders to identify objectives, KPIs, and key metrics of success to measure project/program progressReview and analyze business requirement documents and shepherd the process of clarifying business outcomes with IT's solutioning plansProven ability to communicate technical concepts and business impact to team members and leadership in a manner that is readily understandable and actionableManage and solve scope creep, dependencies, change management, and interventions to ensure project goals are achievedDebrief at the end of each project or program launch and incorporate feedback into Lessons LearnedPartner with IT, Finance, Product, Sales Operations, and Operations teams from a resourcing and SME stand point, as well as bridge the gaps and silos for cross-functional workstreamsWhat You'll Need To Bring To This Role...8+ years of program management experience leading cross-functional, transformational projects/programs5+ years experience structuring & shepherding business requirements documentation and highly complex cross-functional teamsHands-on experience closely managing up and downstream dependencies (program, systems, reporting)Understanding of technology-dependent project implementationProficiency in program and project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)Strong business acumen and decision-making skillsStrong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, communication, and facilitation skillsProficient in slide deck preparation and presentation skills (Google Slides)Results-driven with strong tactical skills and a focus on executionAbility to effectively communicate with senior managementAbility to balance multiple program timelines and resourcesAbility to influence and make project decisions without authorityAdvanced in use of project management tools to manage program plans, dashboards, and track metricsHighly analytical, fact-driven, and process-orientedCollaborative team player with a can-do attitudeHigh attention to detailProject Management certification(s) preferred (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, etc.)Proficient technical understanding of standard storage industry terminology
