They are responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships within food service operators, distributors, and brokers. The Vice President of Sales - On Premise plays a key role in expanding our market presence, driving brand awareness, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities IncludeDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Foodservice channel to achieve revenue and profitability targets across key segments, including Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Business & Industry (B&I), Travel, Sports, Hospitality, and EducationBuild and maintain strong relationships with food service operators, distributors, and broker partnersIdentify and implement supply chain and operational improvements (e.g., pack sizes, flavor offerings, bulk or concentrated formats) to support Foodservice growthIdentify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach and penetrationAnalyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimizationManage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes to track performance and drive accountabilityRepresent Pressed Juicery at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand visibility and network potential partnersPartner with teammates and co-workers on various strategic initiatives throughout the yearQualificationsMinimum of 15 years' sales experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry with a focus on the On Premise and Foodservice channelsDeep understanding of food service trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamicsProven track record of successfully managing sales teams and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive environmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver resultsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategiesAnalytical mindset with the proficiency in sales data analysis and forecastingFlexibility to travel as neededAbility to work a hybrid schedule (3+ days in office) in Culver City, CAMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictionPressed Juicery, Inc. participates in the E-Verify program.
