As a self-starter who can figure things out on your own, you will architect, design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with strategic business objectives and requirements. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather needs, analyze business processes, and translate them into best-in-class technical solutions. This is a fully remote contract position, offering $90-$95 per hour, for a large product company operating at scale.Please Note: We are not offering H-1B or other visa sponsorship at this time; only candidates authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship are encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect & Design Salesforce SolutionsDevelop robust Salesforce-based solutions (including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs) that meet business goals and technical standards.Consultation & CollaborationCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate business processes, and recommend optimized Salesforce configurations.Technical LeadershipLead design sessions, establish best practices for Salesforce development, and mentor team members on coding standards, security, and performance.Customization & ConfigurationExtend and customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs through custom objects, flows, workflows, validation rules, and system integrations.Integration ManagementDesign and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other relevant tools.Code Quality & ReviewsPerform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure a high level of quality for all development work.Optimization & TroubleshootingProactively identify opportunities to optimize and enhance existing functionality. Troubleshoot complex Salesforce configuration and custom development issues.Platform KnowledgeStay current on Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices.
