Duties include strategic planning, budget management, staff leadership, and ensuring residents receive high-quality care and services.QualificationsStrong leadership and management skillsExperience in senior living or healthcare managementExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesFinancial acumen and budget management skillsKnowledge of regulations and compliance in the senior living industryBachelors or Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related fieldMust be Certified for Assisted Living in PAMust be cleared by Department of Health in NY
