Conversion Rate Optimization SpecialistPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to lead A/B testing, multivariate testing, and web optimization initiatives. This role focuses on using industry-leading experimentation tools to analyze site performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive data-informed optimizations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Optimizely Web Experimentation and/or VWO, along with a strong analytical mindset.As the first dedicated CRO Specialist on the team, you will have a critical impact in shaping optimization strategies and improving user engagement and conversions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to improve conversion rates.Use tools like Optimizely Web Experimentation and VWO to run and manage tests.Analyze website performance, identify pain points, and recommend data-driven optimizations.Build and maintain a web optimization roadmap based on user behavior insights.Collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers to implement test recommendations.Monitor key performance metrics and generate reports on experiment outcomes.Ensure testing best practices, including statistical significance and audience segmentation.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, CRO techniques, and emerging technologies.Qualifications2+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, or web analytics.Strong proficiency with Optimizely Web Experimentation and/or VWO.Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Bing Ads is a plus.Familiarity with Atlassian Jira for workflow and task management.Understanding of web analytics, UX principles, and customer behavior analysis.Ability to interpret test results, provide actionable insights, and present findings.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Experience in an Agile environment is a plus.Contract Talent The salary range for this position is 47/hr.
