Title: Analyst, Capital MarketsReports to: Director, Investor Relations and SVP, Capital MarketsOffice Location: Must be located in Nashville, TNJob Level: Requires 2-3 years of experience in finance, private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or public accounting.Education: Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or CPA is preferred and will be regarded as an advantage.QualificationsProficiency in rapidly acquiring and utilizing new technologies, coupled with the ability to effectively demonstrate these tools to investor audiences.Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic, small-company environment.Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including comfort engaging with executive leadership and maintaining objectivity when addressing investor concerns.Outstanding interpersonal and networking capabilities, adept at fostering relationships across a spectrum of personalities and professional roles.Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on advanced Excel skills. Experience with Power BI and Juniper Square is considered a bonus.Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to professional growth.Responsibilities1.Team Support and Collaboration:Assist the SVP of Capital Markets and Director of Investor Relations with various strategic and operational requests.Play an integral role in process improvement initiatives, including the measurement of efficiencies and the implementation of new software solutions to streamline team operations.2.Investor Communication and Reporting:Participate in investor calls, offering comprehensive answers to queries related to active fundraising efforts.Conduct engaging technology demonstrations tailored to investor needs.Prepare routine and customized reports for diverse investor profiles, encompassing high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.3.Investor Portal Management:Oversee the daily operations of the firm's investor portal (Juniper Square), supporting a diverse group of 1,000+ limited partners (LPs) across multiple funds and general partner (GP) entities.Execute critical investor processes, including capital call issuances, monthly distributions, return of capital calculations, and ownership transfers.Address investor inquiries and account updates promptly and professionally.Facilitate the onboarding of new investors, guiding them through the subscription process for active offerings.Coordinate the issuance and tracking of K-1s and other essential tax reporting documents.4. Presentation and Documentation Development:Support the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of Montecito's presentation materials, ensuring alignment with audience-specific requirements.This position offers a dynamic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to contribute meaningfully to the firms capital markets initiatives.
