Marketing Manager

Job Description: One of our top insurance clients is looking for a Distribution representative to join their team! This individual will be working primarily in central PA. He/she will be matching existing agencies and books of business with our client. They will also pursue, upsell, and recapture opportunities with agencies/brokers. The ideal candidate must already have experience working within central PA including: Dauphin, Cumberland, Lancaster, and Lebanon counties. They must also have five plus years in the commercial insurance industry and have current licensing. They must have established broker relationships within central PA. Ability to travel to clients is a must, as well as traveling to HQ in NJ once a quarter for training.Required Skills and Experience: 5+ years of commercial insurance company experience in insurance industry, specifically in either Commercial Lines Marketing, Sales, Production UnderwritingDistribution and/or Relationship Management Key commercial agency/brokerage relationships, presence and credibility in the central PA territory, with specific knowledge of the commercial lines in the PA marketplace as it relates to account opportunities Successful track record selling standard commercial lines products in central PA Extensive experience with insurance underwriting procedures, rating procedures, coverages, and industry operationsSalary: $90,000/year to $100,000/year.
