Assembled Products Corporation is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to spearhead our strategic marketing initiatives and enhance sales support for our Jotto Desk brand. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing principles and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and target market segments.Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.Sales Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate and cultivate sales leads, working closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide key market insights to innovation and engineering teams that inform the product development process. Collaborate with the sales on gathering key market information, strategy development and implementation, and pricing activities to ensure alignment and effectiveness. Vendor and Partner Relationships: Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.Brand Activation Planning: Organize and manage on-site retailer events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand presence to drive sales and develop key customer relationships.Manage Media Campaigns: Collaborate with communications and design teams todevelop, execute, and manage comprehensive content plans across various media channels, including digital, print, and social media. Mental alertness and long periods of concentration.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.Preferred Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in marketing, B2B marketing experience a plus. Strong understanding of marketing strategies, channels, and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms, marketing automation).Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across various teams and departments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience managing agency relationships and marketing budget.
