As a vital member of our organization, youll ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency throughout the loan processing and closing procedures.Position Overview:The Loan Document Processor will be responsible for interpreting loan documentation policies, analyzing applicant and property information, and coordinating all necessary verifications and documentation. Working under the direction of the Loan Documentation supervisor, this role involves managing an assigned pipeline of loans, and collaborating closely with various functional areas to ensure seamless loan processing.ResponsibilitiesPerform loan documentation for consumer loans, with a significant focus/scope on homeowners insurance verifications, document processing, etcInterpret loan documentation policies while analyzing applicant and property information, ordering required verifications, documentation, and conducting follow-upsProcess and close loan products in adherence to established guidelinesInteract collaboratively with immediate team members and functional areas on routine processesReceive guidance from the Loan Documentation supervisor and escalate non-routine questions appropriatelyQualifications1+ years of Loan Processing/Documentation experience (or related financial services exp)Experience with homeowners insurance verification/validation/review is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracy in handling loan documentationProficient in inbound/outbound call experience with strong telephone etiquetteExcellent oral and written communication skillsMicrosoft Office skills with the ability to navigate multiple screens and computer systemsPay:$19.53 /hrLocation:Des Moines, IAHybrid after training (1-week in office, 1-week at home, alternating)Schedule:Monday - Friday40 hours------------TalentBridge -- Connecting People with Their PurposeAs one of the nation's leading professional recruiting companies, TalentBridge successfully places thousands of candidates in their dream jobs every year.At TalentBridge, we're passionate about connecting people with their purpose, and we go above and beyond to be the trusted partner to the people we serve.
