About the Company - We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tool Maker. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tool making, with any experience in medical device manufacturing or injection molding being a significant advantage. This role involves creating, repairing, and maintaining precision tools, dies, and fixtures to support manufacturing operations.About the Role - Design, fabricate, and repair precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures to support production processes. Operate and maintain various machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC equipment. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate tool production. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and improve tooling solutions. Conduct inspections and tests to verify the quality and accuracy of tools and dies. Maintain accurate records of tool usage, maintenance, and repairs.
