Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician

Job Summary:Our Client is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for our commercial clients in a defined market. As a key member of our team, youll commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in a commercial environment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with team leaders, project managers, and customers to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional customer serviceRepresent the company as the direct customer contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving equipment and system issuesUtilize cutting-edge software and technology, along with hand tools, to diagnose and repair unitsMaintain flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays as requiredEnforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company assetsQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical school or formal training preferred5+ years of experience in HVACOperating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with handheld computersValid drivers license with a clean driving recordEPA Certification
