About the Position:Our client, is an Am 100 law firm is seeking Commercial Real Estate Paralegal.Description : We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for our New York or New Jersey offices. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in all facets of commercial real estate, including title and survey reviews, transactions involving purchases, sales, financings, and leasing.Applicants must be highly organized, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively, and able to work well within a team.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. A college degree and/or a paralegal certificate, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, are necessary for consideration.
