The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload involving insurance coverage disputes, policy analysis, and providing legal advice to clients on a wide range of coverage issues.Key Responsibilities:- Analyze insurance policies to assess coverage issues and provide clear recommendations.- Draft and negotiate coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and other related documents.- Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex coverage issues.- Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop case strategies.Qualifications:- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.- Admission to the New York State Bar.
