Logistics Analyst

Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join their team! This position will play a crucial role in managing the import and export operations of seed and non-seed items in the US. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate documentation to support production and sales demands.Duties:Perform import/export activities in compliance with regulations and organizational policies Liaise with regional coordinators, warehousing, production planning for expediting import/export processes Coordinate logistics for shipments via various modes of transportation Ensure timely and compliant completion of work adhering to internal policies and regulations Audit team files for audit readiness and participate in audits when required Train team members on Standard Operating Procedures Collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices Act as a key contact for foreign partners/customers Conduct process training as needed Handle complex global trade accounts/lane operationsDesired Skills/Experience:Bachelors Degree required 3+ years of experience in Business, Supply Chain, or International Commerce preferred Flexibility to work outside normal hours when necessary Strong understanding of import/export regulations Ability to become a Subject Matter Expert for business units Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other data systems preferred Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Project management skills with strong analytical abilitiesBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans401K offered$16.80 - $24.00 (est. hourly)
