Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Richfield, Minnesota.Duties:Work with internal teams to support a consistent experience for employees and Vendor/Provider representativesFoster alignment and deeper engagement with internal partnersCultivate trust and maintain consistent communication with external partnersSupport the consistency and development of vendor and provider programs in storesDrive the creation and execution of data consistencyIdentify, research, and implement process improvements for workforce and customer experiences, including reporting automation, communication cadences, cross-functional support, task ownership, and DAT (IT) integrationsCommunicate with the field regarding feedback and escalations related to provider supportConnect providers and vendors to address questions or concernsMonitor adherence to service level agreement contractsProvide accurate reporting to internal and external partnersDesired Skills/Experience:3+ years of services, sales, retail, or related experience or supportIntermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookExperience working with IT (DAT) teams and terminologyExperience working with Finance teams and processesExperience working with external partners to execute aligned goalsBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans401K offered$16.80 - $24.00 (est. hourly)
