A private individual based in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced and highly organized Lifestyle Manager. This role requires frequent travel within New York City, other parts of the state, and occasional out-of-state trips to ensure the clients daily life runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have a background in hospitality, experience working with UHNWIs, and the flexibility to accommodate a dynamic schedule.Key **Organize Daily LifeManage errands, transportation, and appointments to optimize the client's time and schedule.Ensure seamless coordination of daily tasks and anticipate needs before they arise.Errands & Personal ShoppingHandle personal errands, including pick-ups, returns, and shopping for household and personal items.Coordinate dry cleaning, mail retrieval, gift purchases, and other ad hoc requests.Pick up coffee, meals, and other refreshments as needed.Travel ManagementPlan and coordinate all travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.Pack and unpack for trips, ensuring all necessities are accounted for.Travel alongside the client when required to provide on-the-go support.Maintain a detailed itinerary and ensure all travel arrangements run smoothly.Event PlanningCoordinate and execute social events, travel logistics, and assist with packing and unpacking.Organize special occasions, including private dinners, social gatherings, and entertainment.Reservations & BookingsSecure restaurant, venue, and supplier reservations as needed.Maintain strong relationships with high-end service providers to ensure VIP treatment.Light House ManagementOversee household organization, stocking essentials, and liaising with vendors or house staff as needed.Ensure the home remains tidy, well-stocked, and efficiently managed.Manage minor home maintenance tasks and coordinate repairs or appointments.Personal Affairs CoordinationServe as a central point of contact for all personal and lifestyle-related matters.Oversee scheduling, liaise with service providers, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.Tailored SupportCustomize services to align with the client's specific needs, preferences, and lifestyle.Provide concierge-level assistance, anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues.Prior experience working with UHNWIs in a similar capacity.Strong background in hospitality, luxury service, or a related field.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.Availability to travel as needed.Familiarity with NYC, Brooklyn, and surrounding areas is a plus.Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.*** Up to $100,000 DOE
