Robert Half has an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled Project Coordinator who is motivated and eager for a rewarding career with a cutting-edge team. This is a permanent position! Hybrid 4 days on-siteSalary range $75-$80k and benefits ***** health, dental, vision, 401k, short and long term, bonus, and PTO.***** Connie StathopoulosDuties will include the *****Project Support· Understand project specific owner contract requirements (i.e., billing due dates, lien waivers, insurance requirements, title company, additional insureds, etc.)· Process/file signed owner contracts and owner change orders· Act as primary point of contact for subcontractors· Prepare/collect/review all project-related documents· Review subcontractor insurance certificates and related endorsements for compliance with contract terms· Request/collect/review/prepare/enter monthly subcontractor and/or temp invoices into project software· Prepare monthly draws for project management review and distribute to owners/title company· Assist project management with shop drawings, submittals, and transmittals· Prepare electronic closeout packages for project management review· Coordinate with project management to obtain/file all original/pertinent job documents· Archive all project file documents at project completion· Post daily online progress photos, create online plan rooms, and upload drawings and documents· Negotiate/order/coordinate delivery of job site services and equipment· Coordinate employee travel and out of town lodging arrangementsAnswer calls and greet guestsSort and distribute mailArrange any office space and/or equipment service callsKey Qualifications· High School Diploma required. Associates degree or higher preferred· 3+ years in similar role. Commercial general contractor experience required· Familiar with the construction draw process· Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Excel & Word.· Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude· Strong written and verbal communication skills· Exceptional customer service/interpersonal, skills· Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and meet deadlines· Highly organized, detail oriented, timely and accurate
