Our ideal candidate will ensure that company policies are followed and that the team consistently meets all standards and guidelines.Lead Client Service Representative Responsibilities:Lead and mentor the customer service team, ensuring clear communication, effective task delegation, and adherence to company policies.Act as the key link between the customer service team and management, providing feedback and insights to drive process improvements and maintain high service standards.Ensure the team consistently meets all performance metrics and guidelines, fostering a culture of excellence and passion for our modern, design-driven products.Oversee daily operations to resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining strong relationships with design-driven consumers and trade professionals.Collaborate with management to shape strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and support the company's high-growth, innovative vision.Lead Client Service Representative Requirements:Minimum 2-3 years' experience in corporate customer service roles, ideally with some leadership experience.Proficient in any ERP systems, preferably with strong familiarity in SAP and Salesforce.A proactive self-starter who thrives under pressure, meets deadlines, and maintains a positive attitude while delivering outstanding customer service.Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team, fostering collaboration, and driving performance improvements.Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities to effectively address customer and team issues.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing demands.Demonstrated commitment to upholding company standards and policies while striving for excellence in service delivery.
