As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving revenue generation through a team of sales professionals, while also supervising and developing your team to meet business objectives. If so, let's talk!Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership: Drive the revenue generation for the sales team by overseeing and guiding the entire sales cycle"”working with IT directors and larger, more complex accounts.Team Management: Supervise a team of 4 people, including 2 salespeople and 2 account managers. Responsible for developing team members, providing coaching, and ensuring they meet sales and performance targets.Revenue Generation: Focus on generating business first and foremost, while effectively managing the sales team to ensure they're meeting their targets and contributing to overall growth.Sales Strategy: Implement and refine sales strategies with the team to hit company revenue goals and ensure a sustainable growth path.Performance Monitoring: Keep accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and results within the CRM, and report on overall sales performance as needed.People Management: While people management is important, the key responsibility remains generating new business and driving revenue.Requirements6+ years of sales experience within managed services or IT solutions.Experience in leading and managing sales teams and a proven ability to build and scale a sales organization is a plusAbility to engage with and sell to IT directors, senior-level decision-makers, and large accounts.Comfortable working in a remote environment while managing a distributed team.Proven track record of driving revenue and achieving sales targets.Proficient in using HubSpot or similar CRM tools to track sales performance.Ability to effectively manage people, while staying focused on overall sales and business goals.Desired AttributesStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and hold a high-performing sales team accountable.Strategic thinker with the ability to adjust and refine approaches to meet goals and drive team success.Excellent communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels and foster collaboration within a remote team.Data-driven decision-maker, using performance insights to guide strategies and improve results.High emotional intelligence, with a focus on mentoring, coaching, and providing constructive feedback.Someone who has hobbies and interests outside of work.
