These projects will span Silicon Valley, Southern California, Orange County, and the Inland Empire region.To streamline the building process, APEX Homes currently offers five pre-approved floor plans with the City of San Jose, allowing for faster permit approvals and a seamless experience for new customers.We're Growing in 2024!We are seeking a full-time Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. If you are a motivated, confident communicator with experience in real estate, construction, or project management, this opportunity is for you!Job Responsibilities:Market and promote APEX Homes ADU properties through presentations, meetings, and both online/offline marketing efforts, including open house tours.Understand client needs and provide professional real estate consulting services, guiding them through each stage of the sales process.Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and strategic business development.Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track engagement and optimize client interactions.Handle inbound customer calls, convert leads into bookings, and provide expert advice via email.Conduct outbound follow-ups with potential ADU customers.Negotiate effectively to create win-win solutions, support contract discussions, and oversee transaction progress.Convert warm leads into signed agreements, with support from our in-house architecture team.Develop a strong understanding of ADU construction standards and conduct on-site walk-throughs with clients.Job Requirements:Fluency in English (bilingual skills in Mandarin or Vietnamese is a plus).Experience in project management, construction, or real estate sales.Strong understanding of residential development and ADU construction standards.Proficient in Google Drive and other digital tools (fast typing required).Excellent communication skills with a positive, motivated, and team-oriented attitude.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Willingness to learn, be coached, and grow"”comprehensive training provided.What You'll Receive:Competitive base salary + annual/quarterly bonuses.One-on-one mentorship from experienced sales professionals.Marketing support to help build your personal brand.Opportunities for career growth and team-building activities.Weekly sales training to help you gain confidence in selling our ADU products.Additional Benefits:Referral program & commission opportunities.Paid time off (PTO) & holidays.Medical, vision, and dental insurance.Free lunch and unlimited pantry snacks.Position Details:Location: San Jose or Cupertino, California (On-site position)Schedule: Full-time (40+ hours/week), including weekends (every other Saturday & Sunday) and some holidays on rotation.Salary: $35,000 - $45,000/year (plus commission after probation).
