Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to work in the CFO Data Management line of business for a large financial services company. CFO Data Management is looking for a seasoned Data Management SME to join our Asset Traceability Traded Products Team. Chief Financial Office (CFO) Data Management (CFO DM) is responsible for ensuring data used in key internal and regulatory reports (e.g., FFIEC 101, FRB 2052a, US/DA LCR, etc.) is timely, accurate, and properly controlled. This role will be responsible for supporting Treasury users of Banking Products data (consumer loans, wholesale credit products), and is focused on driving strategic efforts to resolve data issues and implement data and process improvements.Areas of focus will be supporting a mix of: Critical BAU activities across multiple workstreamsAsset Traceability Regulatory Projects/InitiativesInfrastructure Optimization/OpEx work effortsAsset Traceability Regulatory Internal & External AuditsTeam Metrics Tracking & Management Status Reporting. This role will be accountable for contributing thought leadership on important strategic & tactical issues that impact the team as well demonstrate strong passion for data quality and analytics, data products and data remediation. This role will be responsible for helping to influence and lead program initiative engagements through collaboration and partnership with Business Line and Technology senior leaders. Incumbent should bring comprehensive to expert knowledge of data governance principles and practices. Has experience managing direct and indirect reports and influencing change.Required SkillsBachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent work experience5+ years business analysis/project management experience within banking Demonstrate strong ability to multi-task and engage in a positive way with Business Partners.Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate across with multiple teams, and strong work ethicProven ability to work and execute independently and to influence for positive outcomes.Jira experience preferredDesired Skills:Experience working in a regulatory environment within Corporate TreasuryAdvanced knowledge of managing projects & deliverables as well data management activitiesStrong project management/business analysis knowledge and familiarity with Agile Methodology conceptsStrong Workstream Status Consolidation & Reporting Skills using Tableau, PPT, Vizio Flows MS ExcelStrong leadership and management skills of processes, projects and peopleStrong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applicationsWork with technical and business groups to support Data Management Principles for adoption.Research and build a detailed understanding of data issues in order to be able represent issues in a value-add way.Ensure that the data used follows the compliance, access management and control policies of the company while meeting the data governance requirements of the business.Apply data visualization and summarization techniques to analytical results.Ability to interpret and communicate results in a manner that is clear & concise with peers and business partners.
