Summary Site Manager with specific experience in the Industrial Water space and or Paper & Pulp Manufacturing. Site Manager - (Industrial Water) - Columbus, MSWhat we are looking for:BS Degree is preferred - Chemical Engineering or other Engineering fieldsPaper & Pulp or Waste Water and Recovery manufacturing expertise Minimum of 5 years experience with Recovery Boiler Paper & Pulp experience, that has a desire to move into more of a Technical Sales role. Role Summary :The Site Manager would be in the International Paper Plant 5 days per week as a Site Manager with technical sales responsibilities. A critical skill set this person would have to have is at least 5 years experience with Recovery Boiler. Compensation: Targeted Mid Point for Base Compensation - $118,000 (based on experience) Commissions - commission plan up to 35% of base compensation (total comp up to $159K range) Company Car - leased company car, gas card, maintenance planFull Benefits includes 3 weeks PTO, and 401KRelocation Assistance is supported. Company is a 2024 US Best Managed Company.What Youll DoWe are looking to add a Account Manager, Recovery Boiler SME to support our Mississippi team!Primary support for District to ensure treatment chemicals and equipment are used effectively, economically and safely at accounts within the District;Helps and works with Sales Account Managers with the design and implementation of treatment programs;Communicates with sales management of activity within the account;Assists with growth opportunities within existing customers and prospects.Identifies and implements Value delivery projects, troubleshooting skills,Routine service visits and testing as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs, generate reports after each service visit and distribute as requiredAssists with technical issues at customer sites, brings any issues to the customers attention and puts together a plan for corrective action - ensures the sales account manager is kept informedLook for growth opportunities at existing customers and assist with growth opportunities at prospect accounts as requiredEnsures customer personnel receive the required training to monitor and apply treatment chemistry used at their facilityAnalyze data and ensure program performance using KPIsPerks!Competitive health + wellness benefit planContinuous professional development with many opportunities for growth!Recharge with 15 days of paid time offCompetitive Salary and bonuses401k PlanCompany car for travel convenience
