If so, we want to hear from you.About the RoleIn this Senior Construction Estimator & Purchasing Manager position, you will play a vital role in ensuring our construction projects stay on budget, on schedule, and well-supplied. You will work closely with project managers, vendors, and field teams to streamline purchasing processes and find cost-saving opportunities "” all while keeping our projects running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for both site work and vertical construction projects.Analyze project specifications and develop budgets aligned with project scopes.Manage procurement processes, including negotiating with vendors and ensuring timely delivery of materials.Track material costs and oversee purchase orders to avoid project delays.Collaborate with project managers to ensure purchasing aligns with site needs and project goals.Identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.Review construction documents, drawings, and bid packages.What We're Looking ForMinimum 5+ years of experience in construction estimating and purchasing.Strong procurement and vendor negotiation skills.Proficiency with estimating and procurement software (e.g., ProEst, PlanSwift, Bluebeam).Excellent understanding of horizontal and vertical construction methods and materials.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.Strong communication and organizational skills.Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.Must be able to work in-office at our Dublin, OH location.Perks & BenefitsCompetitive Salary + Bonus Opportunities401(k) with MatchingHealth, Dental & Vision InsuranceEmployee DiscountsPaid Time Off & HolidaysLife InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramPerformance Bonuses & Profit SharingIf you're passionate about construction, purchasing, and working with cutting-edge software tools, apply today.
