At Wildcat Lending, we foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment where your expertise makes a real impact.About the Role- As a Senior Associate with Wildcat Lending's REO (Real Estate Owned) Asset Management team, you will manage a diverse portfolio of REO properties, overseeing asset valuation, rehabilitation, marketing, and negotiations. You will play a critical role maintaining strong industry relationships, while ensuring the financial success of the REO portfolio. This role combines strategic negotiation skills with sophisticated problem-solving abilities to develop effective solutions for complex deals. You will work closely with borrowers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure optimal outcomes for a diverse real estate portfolio.
