Construction Project Manager(Retail)

Retail Construction experience required. Ground up and renovations.Candidate will work at the Bradenton office and visit job sites.Title: Project Manager Reports to: VP of ConstructionDepartment: Project Management Classification: Exempt - Full TimePurpose of PositionResponsible for managing multiple construction projects efficiently, accurately, on schedule, within budget, and with a high degree of quality. The Project Manager must possess an in-depth knowledge of project management, have proven managerial skills to supervise multiple superintendents, possess great attention to detail, exercise discretion in ensuring the project proceeds on schedule, and engage in overall quality control/safety of the project. The Project Manager must be familiar with all trades, including a knowledge of a variety of construction standards, methods and procedures. Must be computer literate and have excellent communication skills, writing skills, and organizational skills.
