Along with being SOC-certified and HIPPA-compliant, we **Full-Cycle ** We handle everything from medical coding and credentialing to denial management and patient collections.Tech-Driven ***** Our team of 1500+ experts, each with their unique expertise, is backed by 70+ RPA bots for automation, ensuring accuracy and speed.***** We offer billing software, financial dashboards, and patient portals, and we integrate seamlessly with your existing systems.About the RoleAs a Senior Sales Executive, your duties will include selling Medical Billing and RCM services to PE Backed and Enterprise size Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), Behavioral Health companies like ABA Clinics & Talk Therapy, SUD, Large multi-location specialty Physican practices, Large Home Health groups, Micro to mid-sized hospitals.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for making initial contact with prospective clients to uncover needs for Medical Billing & Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management services, including Coding, Billing, Payment Posting, AR & Denial Management services, Patient Payment solutions & RCM AnalyticsBuild a pipeline of prospects and widen the contact base in each Provider account.Youll leverage your interpersonal skills and work closely with a diverse range of professionals, including CFOs, Revenue Cycle Leaders, Billing Managers, Practice Owners, and Physicians, to achieve our sales goals.Will be responsible for working a complete sales cycle from initial prospect identification and qualification to closing the deal.Qualifications : Bachelors DegreeRequired SkillsExperience generating business from new enterprise healthcare accounts.Proven new business development track record with direct client relationships. A true "hunter."Must have experience cold calling, networking, implementing, and executing strategic sales plans.Proven selling and persuasion skillsPrior experience selling to Enterprise Healthcare AccountsPrior experiecne selling RCM outsourcing servicesExceptional ability to comfortably speak with and present to prospective clients at all levels of an organizationEstablished relationships with Healthcare providers is a big plus.
