The Opportunity InCharge Energy is seeking an Electrical Foreman to support the service needs of its customers. The Electrical Foreman will work in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) team reporting directly to the Regional Superintendent. Key aspects of the work include running conduit, wiring and installation, diagnosing and repairing trouble with charging infrastructure in addition to handling regularly scheduled maintenance. Role is expected to manage InCharge and non-InCharge personnel in the field.The role requires regional travel with a focus on ensuring a timely and customer centered turnkey delivery experience. Key objectives include maintaining safety standards and timely completion of high-quality field installation work, EVCS Commissioning and field support.What You'll Do Perform infield installation of civil and electrical infrastructure including running conduit and wire, trenching and associated civil work, and other in field activities.Manage a field crew of InCharge and/or non InCharge personnelEnsure all field crew are properly trained, organized and capable of performing assigned tasks within the specified periodEnsure all field crew properly account for time on each projectCommissioning support for all EV ChargersAssist in the coordination of third-party vendors for installationsRepair maintain, troubleshoot, and service electrical charging infrastructure using skills and tools that range from computer diagnostics to basic electrical toolsMeasure charging infrastructure performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to company management as neededRepresent the company at client locations with the highest standards of professional conductCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation in Procore and Field LighteningAttend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiencyPerform other related duties as assignedYour Experience and Capabilities 5+ years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settingsElectrical Journeyman or higher qualification (or state/province equivalent) *OSHA 30 Card required or ability to obtain in 120 days of hire.Associates Degree or higher in an applicable technical field is desirableASE or other applicable certification is desirableCommercial Drivers license or ability to obtain is highly desirableECAP certification (internal requirement) or ability to obtain within 120 days of hireEVITP Certification or ability to obtain within 120 days of hireAdaptable to the changing dynamics of start-up business strategyExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsDetail-oriented, resourceful, diligent, and able to operate independently with limited supervision (completing assigned work accurately and in a timely manner)Proficiency with Procore, or equivalent software a plusAbility to Travel Regionally to Client Sites 50% - 75%Notice to External Recruiters and Staffing Agencies:We kindly ask that external recruiters and staffing agencies do not contact us regarding this position at this time.
