We are seeking a bilingual (Japanese-English) Account Manager to manage existing clients and develop new business opportunities. This role requires leveraging bilingual communication skills and cultural knowledge to support customers and achieve sales goals.Essential DutiesClient Relationship ** Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.New Business * Identify and acquire new clients, with a focus on Japanese businesses in the U.S.Technical * Respond to product or service inquiries and resolve client issues effectively.Sales * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.Market * Analyze customer needs and market trends to contribute to product improvement and business strategies.Internal * Collaborate with sales teams and internal departments to fulfill customer requirements and ensure timely delivery.* Prepare and present regular sales and activity reports to management.Working Hours & StyleFull-time, Monday through FridayCore ** 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (Flexibility may be required)Hybrid or remote work arrangements available upon discussionWorking LocationReno, NevadaKnoxville, Tennessee(Choice of location.
