This position is a unique opportunity for a professional with a service-oriented mindset, exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to mission-based organizations. The Executive Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the company's Leadership Team to support the management of its administrative and business operations functions as the company continues on its growth trajectory.The Executive Administrator will work closely with each of the 4 members of the Leadership Team. A successful candidate for this dynamic role, which requires both an administrative skill set and empathetic approach, will bring a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail with a "no question too big, no task too small" attitude to this position.RESPONSIBILITIESâ— Provide comprehensive calendar ownership and management for the company's two Partners,including: proactively organizing and managing their time and availability across multiple prioritiesreceiving and responding to external and internal scheduling communications in a timely, professional, and warm mannercoordinating across internal teamsâ— Support the broader Leadership Team with administrative tasks and projects, including, light calendar support, providing project management support with the Partners' review of client materials and other client needsâ— Support the scheduling and facilitation of the onboarding process of new team members;â— Support Marketing Manager with the implementation and training of a new company CRMdatabaseâ— Oversee the company's Clockify hours tracking tool, including client set up and tracking, review and approval of team timesheets, and preparation of regular reporting to the Interim VP of Operations and Leadership Teamâ— Maintain company and professional contacts and relationships in the CRMâ— Assist with planning for in-person team retreats, including coordinating travel, logistics, events, and schedulingâ— Support team recognition and staff development effortsâ— Manage the annual client and team appreciation gift processes at the end of the yearâ— Book and manage team travel as neededâ— Maintain the company-wide calendar in Outlook with team PTO and other key dates/eventsâ— Other needs that may arise.QUALIFICATIONS + CORE COMPETENCIESâ— Minimum 5+ years administrative work experience in an office environment; previous experience in either a consulting or nonprofit environment is welcomedâ— Proven experience supporting senior leaders/principalsâ— Demonstrates strong orientation towards client services, with a track record of deliveringexceptional service and support and listening deeply and communicating clearlyâ— Resourceful self-starter with high dependability, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and personal commitment to excellenceâ— Process-oriented with the proven ability to drive a project to completionâ— Exceptional interpersonal and communication skillsâ— The ability to excel in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced virtual work environment,seamlessly managing competing demands and deadlines while ensuring quality controlâ— Adaptable and confident in handling occasional unexpected challenges or changes to prioritiesâ— Flawless ethical standards, confidentiality, and personal integrity, demonstrating self- awareness and dependability at all timesâ— Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Dropbox, and project management software(e.g., Slack, Asana)â— A commitment to social causes, progressive values, equity, and inclusion.SALARY AND BENEFITSThe Executive Administrator role has a salary range of $85,000 - $115,000, depending on location and experience. The Stott Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% employer covered health plans, 401k employer match, employee bonus, and unlimited PTO.WORKING AT THE STOTT GROUPThis is a full-time exempt virtual position, with a strong preference for candidates based in Minneapolis, MN. There is flexibility in this role, yet the ability to be responsive to requests across different time zones is required, with core work hours occurring during Eastern Time or Central Time.
