The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from inception through trial and appeal. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience handling large-scale litigation and working with electronic discovery platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with case management, including organizing and maintaining litigation files and databases.Draft, edit, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in state and federal courts.Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.Manage document review and production, including utilizing e-discovery platforms.Prepare deposition summaries, exhibits, and witness binders.Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including compiling trial notebooks and coordinating logistics.Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and expert witnesses.Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.QualificationsBachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.Minimum of 10 years of litigation and trial experience in a law firm setting.Proficiency in litigation support software and electronic discovery tools.Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures.Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
