Phaidon International operates across key market verticals such as Financial Services, Supply Chain & Procurement, Life Sciences, Technology, Infrastructure, and Legal.Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities (Working With The Payroll Specialist)Manage the semi-monthly outsourced (via ADP WFN) US payroll from start to finish - processing new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, deductions, direct deposits, rate changes, garnishments, bonuses, retroactive adjustments, expense reimbursements, off-cycle adjustments, and manual checksResponsible for governance around FLSA & Time and Labor regulations across all our jurisdictions, including overtime requirementsOwn and resolve payroll and Benefit queries from employees, internal/external stakeholdersManage the Year end processBenefit admin - Healthcare, 401K, Commuter - joiners, leavers, queriesMaintain a close working relationship with US People/finance teamsAssist with ad hoc MI, Audit requestsEnsure optimal utilisation of ADP to capture Employee information, and to provide meaningful MI - headcount, turnover, YTD reportsOwn and implement process improvements, including data integration with HRISRequired Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesProficient knowledge of ADP Work Force Now and Time & Attendance.Time and Labor Regulations across the various statesPrevious 401k and Healthcare Benefits Admin experience an advantageParticularly good Excel skills - look ups, formulae, index/matchPractical knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll laws/regulationsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong organizational and time management skills with an emphasis on accuracy and diligence.Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skillsHighly dependable and motivated; able to work independently and in a team environmentPerks of being on the Phaidon team: Opportunity to work in a collaborative and driven global team!Train the trainer activities to continue to enhance your skillsetsCompetitive salary and bonus eligibility20 Days PTO, 11 National Holidays, ½ Day on your BirthdayAttend office holiday parties, annual sales meetings, and incentive-based celebrations off-siteRemote Work Flexibility401(k) with company matching
