This role is all about balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution"”you'll be just as comfortable talking enterprise growth strategies as you are getting into the nitty-gritty of campaign performance with customers. Heatseeker is growing rapidly and expanding into the US - so youll need to be flexible with time zones. What You'll Be DoingYour mission? Help our customers get the most value out of Heatseeker"”from onboarding to scaling their experimentation efforts. You'll be their go-to advisor, helping them run better experiments, make smarter decisions, and uncover new ways to grow their business using Heatseeker.Your Key Responsibilities:Own the Customer Journey- Guide customers from onboarding through to maturity, ensuring they maximize the impact of Heatseeker.Be the Customer's Voice Internally- Advocate for customer needs, provide product feedback, and work cross-functionally with our product and sales teams.Turn Insights into Action- Track key customer data to improve NPS, reduce churn, and drive adoption.Shape Our Customer Success Strategy- Help define and refine our playbook for delivering an exceptional customer experience.Drive Experimentation Success- Teach customers best practices for designing, launching, and analyzing growth and marketing experiments.Run Post-Experiment Reviews- Dive into campaign data, extract insights, and recommend the next best steps.Identify New Opportunities- Spot untapped areas where Heatseeker can bring additional value, helping expand partnerships and increase customer success.Be a Product Advocate- Help customers understand and fully leverage Heatseeker's capabilities, keeping them informed on new features and roadmap updatesWho We're Looking ForA team player with a background in marketing, analytics, or growth"”someone who can think both strategically and tactically.A data-driven problem solver who loves helping customers succeed.Someone with experience working across a range of marketing and analytics toolsStrong understanding of CAC, LTV, retention, and cohort analysis"”you get how data drives growth.Experience with performance marketing, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.How to ApplySubmit your application here and answer these two questions: Share an example of how you used data and analytics to drive customer growth.
