The Receptionist for a corporate headquarters plays a critical role in providing a welcoming first impression for visitors, guests, and employees. In addition to answering the main phone line, managing mail and shipping deliveries, and setting up conference rooms, this role is part of the Workplace Experience Team and will assist with special activities for holidays and company gatherings.Key Responsibilities:Answer the main phone line and route calls appropriatelyProvide access and greet visitors, guests, and employees as they enter the officeManage mail distribution, package deliveries, and outgoing shippingPrepare and update front desk documentation and calendarsManage Workplace Team requests, ensuring timely response and resolutionPrioritize tasks and responsibilities effectivelyServe as a supportive member of the Workplace Experience TeamBuilding Blocks for SuccessRequired:Punctuality and reliabilityProfessional appearance and communication skillsOutgoing and friendly personalityAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProblem-solving mindsetCustomer service-oriented approachMust be able to work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with reliable transportationPreferred:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate office environmentExperience working with Microsoft Suite - Outlook, Teams, ExcelExperience working with ZoomFamiliarity with PeopleSoft and WorkdayBachelor's degree or some college education preferred If you have a passion for creating a welcoming office environment and delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
