Our client, a leading early-stage Venture Capital firm based in Menlo Park, is actively seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support one Venture Partner and two Principals on the venture team (one focused on investing and one on business development). This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work 3 days a week in the office, with flexibility for remote work. The company offers a collaborative environment and competitive compensation, along with outstanding benefits.Salary: $120k - $140k + generous bonus and benefitsResponsibilities:Provide high-level administrative support to the Venture Partner and two Principals, ensuring smooth day-to-day operationsManage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and setting up conference callsPrepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholdersHandle sensitive and confidential information with discretionProcess expense reports, reimbursements, and assist with financial reportingAssist with office logistics, including organizing meetings, events, and team functionsProvide support for ad-hoc projects, with an emphasis on improving team efficiency and workflowCollaborate closely with other teams across the firm, fostering strong internal relationshipsQualifications:3+ years of prior administrative experience supporting senior executives, preferably in the financial services or venture capital industryBachelor's degree requiredStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with executives and clientsExceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with financial tools and project management software is a plusResourceful, independent, and proactive with a strong ability to problem-solve and anticipate needsWorks collaboratively in a team environmentYou can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
